Anna was calm, professional and very helpful. I'd never heard the phrase "elbows out" before (position the bus in the centre of the carriageway, to show oncoming traffic your intentions - you're coming through - carefully, but coming through). What I thought was going to be a stressful "test" ended up being a joy to complete. Well done Anna, it just shows that what you think is going to be stressful and unmanageable ends up being satisfying to do and seemed to fly by in just a few minutes.
In early 2024 my Midas test was taken. It was thorough, friendly and very professional. I was surprised how much I learnt after driving a bus for eight years!

The practical test was very relaxed and Anna’s eagle eye quickly identified any areas for improvement (you think you are a good driver but amazing how easy it is to slip into a bad habits!). After some gentle guidance I successfully completed my practical test with some very useful suggestions on how to enhance my bus driving skills and to ‘love your left’!
My Midas was renewed after some training and a test in late 2024. The training was excellent and during the practical test I learned several new techniques and useful facts. The whole event was friendly, very professional and constructive.
